1What's Covered
Solist Protection covers accidental damage, theft, and loss during the rental period. Coverage begins at pickup and ends at return confirmation. The service fee includes basic protection on all rentals.
- Document item condition at pickup and return
- Report incidents within 24 hours
- Keep all communication on the platform
2Coverage Limits
Basic protection covers up to $500 per item. Extended protection is available for high-value items. Review the coverage details in your booking confirmation for specific limits.

3Filing a Claim
To file a claim, go to Dashboard > Support > File a Claim. Provide photos, a description of the incident, and any relevant communication. Claims are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days.
4Claim Resolution
If your claim is approved, payment is processed to the owner for damage or to the renter for issues. Disputes are handled by our support team with a fair resolution process.
