Dispute Resolution

What to do if something goes wrong with a rental.

1Common Issues

Most disputes involve item condition disagreements, late returns, or cancellations. The best approach is always to try to resolve issues directly with the other party first through messaging.

Tips
  • Stay calm and professional in all communication
  • Document everything with photos and messages
  • Try to find a mutually agreeable solution

2When to Escalate

If you can't resolve the issue directly, you can file a dispute through the Help Center. Include all relevant documentation, photos, and message history.

3The Resolution Process

Our support team reviews both sides of the dispute, examines documentation, and makes a fair decision based on the evidence. Resolution typically takes 5-7 business days.

Important
  • Threatening or abusive behavior will result in account suspension
  • Fraudulent claims will be prosecuted

4Possible Outcomes

Resolutions may include full or partial refunds, deposit releases, account warnings, or in severe cases, account suspension for policy violations.
