Keep your account secure with these best practices.
1Strong Passwords
Use a unique, strong password for your Solist account. Avoid using the same password as other services. Consider using a password manager.

- Use at least 12 characters with mixed types
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Never share your password with anyone
2Recognizing Scams
Solist will never ask for your password via email or message. Be wary of offers that seem too good to be true or requests to take payments outside the platform.

3Keeping Info Private
Don't share personal information like your home address until after a booking is confirmed. Use the platform's messaging system for all communication.
4If You're Compromised
If you suspect your account is compromised, change your password immediately and contact support. Review recent activity and report any unauthorized transactions.
