How do I cancel a booking?

Go to your Dashboard > Bookings, find the booking you want to cancel, and click "Cancel Booking." Follow the prompts to confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation with refund details.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account.

What if the owner cancels on me?

You'll receive a full refund including service fees. We'll also help you find a replacement rental. Owners who cancel frequently may face account restrictions.

What if I return an item late?

Late returns are charged at the daily rate. Communicate with the owner if you need an extension - most owners are flexible if you ask ahead of time.

Can I get a refund for unused days?

If you return an item early, refunds for unused days are at the owner's discretion. Contact the owner through the app to request a partial refund.

What happens in case of emergency?

We handle emergencies (medical, weather, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Contact support with documentation and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
